After you have completed the above process, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been placed.<\/p>

4. Pricing<\/p>

The prices on the website are in euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax). If your card is not in euro but in another currency, you will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate in force on the day the card issuer completed the transaction. Please note that the prices on the website do not include shipping costs, an amount which will be added to the final total at the time of completing your order. 5. Payment<\/p>

We accept the method of Replacement only for shipments in Greece, with a total shipping cost of 3 euros.<\/p>

6. Delivery and Insurance<\/p>

We aim to deliver the products to the place and person you have chosen, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. The shipment of products is carried out by DHL (Express) for international orders and by ACS Courier (Express) for Greece.<\/p>

Estimated delivery times serve as a guide and as the starting point from the day the order was placed.<\/p>

We are not responsible for delays by relevant customs authorities.<\/p>

We insure each order during shipment until the products are delivered to the address you have given us.<\/p>

Upon delivery of the order, your signature is required, as the responsibility for the products is transferred to you. If you have authorized another person to receive your order, then their signature is proof of the completion of the transaction, as well as the transfer of responsibility as mentioned above.<\/p>

Please check that the packaging is not damaged before signing.<\/p>

7. Taxes and Duties<\/p>

Delivery within the EU is not subject to customs duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-EU country, you may be asked to pay additional taxes at customs. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant customs authorities. We have no liability in possible additional charges or possible controls.<\/p>

8. Shipping Information<\/p>

The shipment of products is carried out by DHL (Express) for domestic & international orders and by ACS Courier (Express) & General Postal Service for Greece.<\/p>

If you pay by cash on delivery (Greece) there is an additional charge of 3 euros.<\/p>

The estimated delivery time is estimated from 1-3 working days. The estimated delivery times are indicative.<\/p>

The shipping time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes a period of 24 hours, during which your products are prepared and shipped from our workshop.<\/p>

Please check that the delivery address you have provided is correct, as we cannot redirect orders when they are already for delivery.<\/p>

9. Tracking an order<\/p>

You can track the progress of your order through DHL for domestic & international orders and through Geniki Tachidromiki and ACS Couriers for deliveries within Greece. The email you will receive upon confirmation of your order will provide you with the relevant number to track your order through the courier you have chosen.<\/p>

10. Cancellation of an order<\/p>

You have the right to cancel your order by providing us with a written notice at any time after your order has been placed and within 24 hours.<\/p>
