H mission to Greece is conducted by the ACS courier (express) and the General Postal.
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra charge of 3€.
Shipping time 1-3 days.
The shipping time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes a period of 24 hours, during which your products are prepared and shipped from our workshop.
Please check that the delivery address you have provided is correct, as we cannot redirect orders when they are already for delivery.
Cancellation of order: You have the right to cancel your order by providing us with a written notice at any time after your order has been placed and within 24 hours.
We aim at the best delivery of your products, to the place and person you have chosen, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our deliveries are carried out by ACS Courier (Express) and General Postal Services throughout Greece and by DHL (Express) at home & abroad.
Estimated delivery times are used as a guide based on the date the order was placed. We are not responsible for any delays by relevant customs authorities or transport companies.
Delivery within the EU is not subject to customs duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-EU country, you may be asked to pay additional taxes at customs. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant customs authorities.
We have no responsibility for possible additional charges or possible audits.
Returns are accepted only on products that are in their original condition and in the original shipping package.
The initial return of the products is free of charge with our partner transport companies. For each subsequent return, shipping costs are charged to the sender. If the shipment is made with a transport company that is not one of our partners, the transport costs are borne by the sender.
For sandals with a possible manufacturing defect, the return is free of charge, upon contact.
